St Giles House Hotel
8/10 Good
"The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was perfect for my needs. Good choices for breakfast. Parking was great and very handy for the town."
Nysdill Accommodation Ltd
8/10 Good
"Ample Parking. Helpful staff ."
Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort
8/10 Good
"Lovely place to stay. Excellent breakfast. Slight problem with, I presume memory foam mattress which is far hotter than we are used to. We also invited friends over for a meal in the bistro. Very disappointing, very slow to get the meals (over 30 minutes?). I think my burger had been sitting around on a hot plate for ages as the bun was totally dried out and hard, my husband said the same of his. Our guests obviously didn't complain apart from we had specifically ask for no tomato on one of their burgers and it turned up with tomato!"
Sprowston Manor Hotel, Spa & Golf
8/10 Good
"Very friendly staff and good hotel for swimming, dog friendly, disabled accessible, nice bar and food was good (tho they ran out of some items). Nice golf clubhouse. Room was a bit run down and very warm. Good location to explore Wells, Cromer, Norwich and other areas"
St George Hotel
8/10 Good
"My stay at this hotel was ok, but i only stayed for 2 days, the hotel looks dated inside, the lift looks like its been there when the hotel was built, it worked but only2 people would fit in at a time, the staff were very helpful willing to help, the room was tidy enough room for 2 days, had a kettle and drinks,. the bed ..... well 2 days was enough, the mattress had seen better days, you could fell every spring and wire inside, not very comfortable. free parking out the front of the hotel, but limited spaces, the hotel is in walking distance for the sea front. i don't know if i would stay again, but it was a good price at the time. The hotel doesn't do food but the is a lot of cafe's and restaurants along the sea front."
The Cliff Hotel
8/10 Good
"We travel to the area regularly to visit family and thought we would give the Cliff a go versus our usual chain hotel choice. Overall our stay was good with a few caveats. The good bits: Restaurant was nice with a pleasant atmosphere food good and reasonably priced, bar prices were also very competitive especially for a hotel, room was well appointed and spacious with a huge bed, cleanliness was good overall. The breakfast was very good and hot items are cooked to order. The not so good: Sound transmission between rooms is dreadful, some areas of the hotel are a bit tired, an alarm going off intermittently in the early hours was not welcome and ruined our nights sleep. Car parking is limited and on the second night we had to park some distance away on the road. Would we stay again? Yes possibly but only if we upgraded to a room on the other side of the hotel and at a quieter time when parking is easier."
Hatfield Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely breakfast ,1 waitress a little rude"
The Maids Head Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great location and lovely hotel. I did see there was a pillow menu but it would be nice to have good pillows on the bed without having to ask for them. The ones we had were foam and quite hard. We had dinner in the Wine Press restaurant which was very good but only realised there was an alternative menu when a member of our party asked about the different meal they'd seen another table receiving. We had been given the set menu with no option for any other. Guests should be offered both menus to chose from Other than that the hotel was lovely, the staff helpful and we enjoyed our stay"
The Palm Court Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Third yearr with them. Love the hotel and staff very helpful. Had breakfast, didn't have to wait long for food. Everything in room was excellent. Definitely stay next Year."
