"Clean room and airport shuttle"

"I loved everything about this place. Nikolia, the host, was warm, welcoming, kind and very helpful. Instructions to find this place were very helpful. This place is so beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend it. I wish I stayed here for the whole week is was in Greece. Thank you everyone ♥️"

"Rooftop Pool - In Door - Exceptional - If you like to swim, you must try it. The hotel is wonderful in every way, and so easy if you are catching a flight - just walk over to the terminal. "

"I liked that the property was 10 minutes from the hotel, room was spacious, had a large elevator. I didn’t like the lack of communication I received when I reached out after I paid and realized to my mistake that the shuttle did nut run after 11am and we were set to arrive at at 10:15. We were told we would have to meet it by 10:45. That gave us 30 minutes to deplane & retrieve our luggage! What kind of shuttle stops running at 11am? Plus, Every question I asked the hotel came back vague and basically unanswered and I had never been so stressed during any part of any of my travels in all my life! I even had to get Expedia Customer Service involved. They couldn’t even get a complete answer out of them. Worst communication ever! Then, when the shuttle came for us to take us back to the airport there was already a family with 2 small children in it so my husband and I squeezed in and the driver proceeded to drop us off somewhere in the “terminal” area not at departures which wasn’t even close and that poor young family got so stressed as they had so many bags and the driver yelled at them and stated they did not say they wanted to be dropped off at the departure area, and that it would cost him money go to that area! We all spoke up and said, “we”ll pay!” The father of the children handed him the money and he took off like a mad man! I was so happy to get out of that van! Please read all the fine print to this hotel before booking. Twice."

"DO NOT BOTHER booking this hotel if you have any possible chance of having a medical emergency. You’ll be out all of your money after sending all the documents they asked for and still being told “too bad”. I am pregnant and needed immediate medical attention for complications. I explained this to the hotel manager and she requested aI send an email with proof. I did and was still told “No refund even with your circumstances”. I fully understand that I was a day away from check in and the policy is technically that there is no refund, but making me jump through all kinds of hoops in sending personal documentation of pregnancy and then having no kindness or understanding is foul. Shame on this hotel manager, they will show you no mercy on things you cannot control."

"This is a good choice for someone needing to be close to the airport, who is a bit adventurous. The details about transfer from the airport came a bit late, there is no reception on site so there is a key in the lockbox. It is not hard to lock the key in the room but someone came and rescued us from this mishap. There is no elevator to the second floor. The neighborhood is very walkable and has a great restaurant near, and shops, pharmacy. There is unfortunately not a walkable transit station for downtown. Parking seemed not to be an option but I may be wrong. "

"Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). Asked for a portable fan and he said they did not have one and to open the door. He was not pleasant to speak with and ultimately unhelpful. The rooms are absolutely not sound proof and we could hear people from upstairs walking around and moving furniture. The glass door to the patio also lets in a lot of sound and the area has busy traffic. Snacks, drinks and coffee all cost money and the only complimentary items were two small bottles of water. Fridge was unplugged and originally not working. Bathroom was very small. Not worth the money and I would recommend skipping this hotel. "
