Everything about this stay was perfect. The staff was very helpful and personable. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was made to order and very good. Tongeren is a lovely, quiet town. A terrific stay.
Very nice staff ; the studio at the 9th floor had a great view and big size (area with sofa/mini kitchen - microwave, sink, tea/coffee maker, a tv and second area with bed and another tv). Bad smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes + bathroom state a bit "tired", but I informed the staff who was very reactive. Great breakfast with many options + fresh raw vegetables. Will definitely stay there again !

Parking is on the property and tram access for the old city is just across from the entrance. Staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent.
A bit of an eclectic place, but the uniqueness and comfort of the accommodations was outstanding. And add to that an amazing restaurant. While there is not much immediately around it of interest, it's well located for accessing the nearby towns and attractions.
A quiet, clean, well-kept, but not where the action is type of place. The room was good-sized with a comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was very nice. There is an attached restaurant that was open one of the nights we were there, and it was very good.
English-French language barrier got in the way a little bit.
The hotel is delightful, the staff excellent, the location perfect (especially if you are an Andre Rieu fan and are fortunate enough to be there when he is scheduled to perform), and the city amazing. We had planned to arrive before 6:00 p.m., but our GPS had a mind of it's own; thus we were late from Amsterdam. However, Catharina stayed late, called to check on us, and when we told her we were lost trying to find the hotel, she stood on the sidewalk in front to show us the way. She helped us...
As for me as a solo traveler this hotel was perfect for me.. My room was on the 1st floor.. A/C worked great, and the bed was comfortable.. The shower was great and breakfast was good.. Its an older hotel so the halls have old carpet.. But the room had new windows and could hear nothing from outside.. Parking garage across street at train station.. And plenty of food options all around.. I will stay here again next time I come..
