8/10 Very good

Just a quick overnight stay but twin room was spacious, clean, shower worked well. Good TV, WiFi worked well. Bed provided a comfy night sleep. Value for money for the night of our stay. Coffee and Water vending machine on the Ground floor. Apparently you should reserve Parking in advance as they have limited spaces, we did not, it was full and was advised to Park at Parking Blauwe Boulevard which they promoted as cheaper than their own , Euro 12 overnight and 4 min walk from Hotel in well lit areas. (Tip - as you enter, drive to the very end and park by the pedestrian exit to be closest to Hotel) It is a gated car park , spacious and seems as secure as can be.

Me and my family stayed here for one night. My kids loved the bunk beds. It’s walking distance from several restaurants and the area is nice and quiet.

Small but clean rooms in a convenient location, within walking distance to the city center. The free coffee in the lobby is a big plus. We booked four rooms (for ourselves and our adult children), and (only) one of them was upgraded to a much larger room with coffee-making facilities—a nice surprise!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and good selection. Just needed tea and coffee in rooms. Or water.

Please check you bread standards during breakfast. For eur 21 the quality of bread and croissants was imho below par. The room was good and clean.

8/10 Very good

Nicely decorated, spacious room (4 persons), central location. Clean bathroom but quite some dust on the floor underneath the beds. Breakfast was okay, I think that there was a lack of staff which led to shortages in the buffet.

At breakfast it was very busy. The space was too small for the amount of people. You pay 17 euro that is al lot compared to the choice you have. But the taste was good and fresh.

This "B&B hotel" is by all mean a real hotel, with an excellent quality/price ratio (74.49 euro for a one-night stay on August 10-11). The room was very comfortable, though smaller than the one I got the previous time, and the design so pleasantly modern and cozy. The hotel is located near the city center next to the beautiful canal, unfortunately a bit far from the train station on foot. The receptionists were very friendly and informal. It would be nice to have a soap with a less pungent smell and a bit more space around the sink, but that did not impact the quality of my stay significantly. I will be happy to stay again next time I am in Hasselt.

A week holiday with family

Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and we did not have any problem. Maybe it would be good to inform guests in advance that the capacity of the hotel parking lot is limited and not all guests can be satisfied (which fortunately was not our case). However if the guests have the possibility to use the parking lot, they shall be ready to make certain maneuvers with the car before entering the door to the garage (to back up perpendicular to the opposite sidewalk so that they can enter the door straight :-)).
