"Great staff, very helpful!"

"The environment was clean staff was helpful breakfast was ok 3rd time staying there"

"Super place to stay. With the restaurant on site it was easy to find a good meal after a long drive without going out of the hotel. Pool was very big and very clean, lots of towels f9r the guests. Staff were also so helpful. Great place to stay and we will return to this location again."

"Loved this hotel. Once you figure out the parking (you have to park under the mall) the hotel is on the 12th floor (which is different but cool). The elevators are super fast. Never waited for them at all. The room was beautiful..we were upgraded to a suite. The kitchen would be more useful if there were actually anything to use in it, but we didn’t need it anyway. I think you have to ask if you plan on using it for cooking. Overall recommend this hotel. As for the location, I think it’s great....

"Amazing hotel. Clean, splendid and comfortable."

"Room is comfortable with a good view of the city. Convenient shopping and dining. Staff is helpful."

"Very enjoyable. Luxurious shower! The room would benefit from another towel rack, with facecloths, and a couple more hangars in the closet. Very comfortable bed. Great location, bus stop right there. Parks, walking trails nearby, and also close to Yonge St restaurants etc. On the eco side, instructions as to what can go in the blue bin would help guests use it appropriately."

"Perfect for a place to stay before a flight or an early morning. Very clean and new feeling. Would stay again!"

"Perfect Hotel and Professional Staff."

"Another great stay! Perfect location and thoughtful amenities."

"Clean room, comfy bed. The SHOWER was AMAZING! I was able to wash some clothing quickly before a show. It's located in a perfect place close to food places, and a short walk to bus stops that can take you to the subway lines. The restaurants by the place are also really nice. It was perfect stay and comfortable. "

"Service and ambience of the hotel was wonderful and great! We were nicely greeted at the front lobby when we entered and when we left. Excellent hotel. Particularly enjoyed the large bedroom suite with cosy decor and excellent lighting. My purpose of visit was business to attend a conference."

"We had a wonderful stay at the W Toronto! The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout our visit. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"
