Room was clean but the fridge was not plugged in and it took some work as the outlet was behind furniture The elevator was not good - it would stop at the floor then sit there for a lot longer than usual then drop a bit more and then the door would open Pool was excellent Nice and close to zoo and shopping The staff was great and super helpful
