"great hotel, service at front desk, and location"

"Staff were super friendly, breakfast decent and dipping pool great. Rooms very spacious and sound proof."

"The room and the bath were very small. There was no hairdryer in the room and few towels. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. The lower sheet was not fitted and small and our feet were touching the mattress. The window had the view of a wall. Very small and uncomfortable. And the name Suites is misleading. I thought we were getting a suite but we got a tiny room. The shower doesn’t have a hose. The neighborhood is not that good. The breakfast which is included is not all you can eat."

"Wonderful experience! Clean, comfortable rooms with all the basic necessities. Excellent staff! Very friendly and caring. "

"An amazing hotel with exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. Although we were foreigners who did not speak Spanish, they made us feel completely comfortable. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. As an added perk, the hotel also provides a complimentary pass to a nice nearby gym."

"We love their restaurant Rock and Feller. The breakfast was very good."

"Arrived late as the flight was delayed. Gonzalo was so helpful and we were quickly checked in and in our room. Very clean. Lovely room "
