We Never Made it...but that's OK!

For excellent reasons, we were unable to make it but that doesn't mean it was "this" or "that". I vouch for this hotel as the majority of hotels I've chosen for our trips were amazing! Perhaps in the future we'll try you again!

Esperaba mas. 3 ascensores, 2 no funcionaban.

My first encounter with the desk clerk at 4am arrival on November 24th was very upsetting, he was rude and nasty.

2/10 Poor

NO ME GUSTARON LOS DETALLES DE DETERIORO DE LAS HABITACIONES AL IGUAL QUE AL LLEGAR AL FINAL DE MI ESTADIA, ME AVISARON QUE EL IVA NO ESTABA INCLUIDO EN EL PRECIO. POR LO TANTO, AL PAGAR 8500 PESOS POR UNA NOCHE, MINIMAMENTE ESPERO QUE ME TRATEN CON AMABILIDAD COMO ASI TAMBIEN QUE LA HABITACION ESTE EN CONDICIONES.
