"We made the mistake at looking at the pictures and not the reviews - BIG MISTAKE!!! They advertize one name while the property had a different name alltogether! The difference between pictures and reality is Sky to Earth! Hotels.com team please verify somehow and find the deceivers. I never had a problem with the other properties we booked with you.
