The room was clean. The glass door into the bathroom looked cool but without a shade in the bathroom window it was hard to sleep as the light shined into the sleep space at all hours. The front desk was very nice and extremely helpful with recommendations for food and places to explore. The dry ribs at the pub were amazing.
The Hotel is right downtown Nelson close to shopping and restaurants. We had a small room but had everything we needed. The folks running the desk I believe were the owners and couldn't have been more helpful with trip planning for the area and beyond.
This was our first trip to Nelson, and this hotel was a perfect landing spot to be able to enjoy the area properly! There’s a mountain shuttle pickup directly in front of the hotel, and restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. The staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area; always available to answer our questions. I’d definitely stay here again!

Managed to get lost in an unexpected blizzard on the way here and arrived hours later than planned. The front desk closes at 7 p.m. but don't worry about that. You'll be checked in and still able to get to your room, the details on hour are clearly posted and easy to follow.
