"Staff was rude my room got flooded I got no accommodation had to spend the last 10 hours of my reservation trying not to get my luggage and clothes wet"

"The room was clean and very large. All amenities were great. The manager reception had a different selection each night, and Eddie our bartendar was excellant! Hes attentive and shows his professionalism and dedication. He definitely loves his job."

"I have stayed at various Ayres properties, every thing looks good. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the man at front desk on Sunday. I called front desk and he was a little rough on his answers. Other than that I enjoy my stay! "

"Historic charm! This hotel has a level of charm that newer hotels don't. The lobby and other public areas are beautiful. The pool is just right. The staff is nice (but beware that valet can be a longer wait than you want). Note this reservation was for a basic room. And, the room was very basic. The bathroom is outdated - the fixtures in the shower are probably from the 1970's. Maybe a deluxe room has more updates."

"Safe surrounding area, very clean, staff very nice, room was spectacularly clean, comfy bed/pillows, lots of space, whole kitchen with dishwasher/stovetop/glass & dishware/full size fridge & automatic ice maker. Exceeded my expectations! Also appreciate the elevator as I have mobility issues"
