"I got a room with smell of coloring on the wall and whole room. I think they colored the room just a few hours before my arriving. It was horrible smell. Then I asked them too change my room. They did it but there was also smelling of coloring. I tried to open the door and window to get fresh air but unfortunately out of room was more horrible. Smelling of a dead animal or something like that. The bathroom was absolutely not clean and everything was very very old. Then in the middle of night...

"It was a good base to explore sharam el sheikh. Comfortable and we got a free upgrade after they saw we have a family. Staff were friendly but it’s clear that they cater to Europeans mostly and want you to have euros. Use inDrive as an app to get around rather then taxis. "

"We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area."

The staff ,the managers, Potters also food hall management .The food drinks fruits deserts also come every minute to u and ask if we need anything. They happily allowed us to stay and eat even we checkout. "Room is clean. Staff are friendly overall and eager to help. Food was good but not many options. Beach is great. Only complaint is Omar from the animation team. He was very rude and disrespectful in his communication and was inappropriately “joking” with me even after showing my dissatisfaction with his manner multiple times. "
