"This hotel is has a clean and safe space to spend the nigh. Further from the “plaza the armas”which is the main plaza where most tours take off and drop you off. However it’s very inexpensive at $20 a night. It’s maybe maybe 25 minutes by taxi from Plaza de Armas. However you get reliable hot water, safe locked place. The area is not the best as is where most people from Cusco live, but there is markets everywhere and pretty much all of Cusco is very safe and taxis charge you $5 ti get to the...
"the lady at the front desk, Noamie (spelling?), was very helpful. She actually saved our trip to Pachupicchu! She arranged taxi to (2:30am!) and from (10pm) a bus station we had no idea. We had no idea where we were going! At end the taxi took us to the station nobody told us at the time of bokking! the staff was kind! "
"The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we were out on a tour. Cesar went above and beyond to arrange for our breakfast and ride very early in the morning. Recommend this place."

"A good stay in a quiter part of Cusco. 20 mins walk to the main square. Lovely staff and breakfast. Room was cosy and hot shower was nice! Only issue was room got very cold at night and there are no heaters so had to use extra blanket. Would recommend and stay again!"

"I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free.

"The staff was amazing and so caring. I actually suffered from acute altitude sickness and the staff made sure I had hot water for tea and plenty of bottled water. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see much in Cusco but was happy to have a comfortable room to hibernate in."

"Cleanest hotel/ hostel ive ever stayed in! The host picked us up and when we couldn’t get ubers he dropped us off at places. The family was so kind and made us fresh breakfast at times that worked best for us! We felt so safe and so comfortable, if we come back to Peru we will definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel Vilandre is exceptionally well located. It's on the most important avenue of Cusco City, Perú (the pivot point to Machu Picchu & Rainbow 🌈 Mountain). The rooms are so charming, sparkling clean, spacious. Also, being the Hotel on Ave. Del Sol makes it near to the Central Square, markets, great restaurants, and yes so conveniently near to the Train Station (crucial to board towards Machu Picchu). "Fique uma semana hospedada no hotel e tenho 0 reclamações. Os funcionários são extremamente solicitos e atenciosos, o quarto sempre limpo e o café da manhã muito gostoso, principalmente o ovo mexido! Apesar de próximo ao aeroporto, o barulho não incomodou durante a noite mesmo com sono leve. Eu super recomendo e é bem próximo a rua del Sol. "
