"The property was beautiful and our room had a great view. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was great. One note, when traveling to and from Interlaken, the busses take a 2-3 hour rest around dinner time so make sure to plan your afternoon accordingly."

"Amazing place, ambience and views."

"This is really a 5-stars hotel. The vibe is classic and elegant. Room has a balcony with a crazily stunning view of the Eiger and the dreamy slope. The location is unbeatable. It is just one minute walking distance beside the Grindelwald train station. This is a good base for me to visit all around the Jungfrau region."

"The location is the most magnificent thing of this hotel. Right across the lake of Brienz. We have the room with lake view was amazing. The hotel quiet old, the bed and pillow need to be upgrade, the room is clean, they clean everyday. The breakfast is fair."
