"Outdoor area of property has a beautiful art installation. The room was a good size, and the outdoor kitchen and dining area was intriguing. The main pool was under renovation, but the small personal pool which is allocated to each villa was adequate. A beach is under five minutes walk away. Parking is available for free. "When I was booking this hotel I was baffled why some reviewers rated it excellent and others terrible. Having now been there I understand perfectly. This is an old hotel with lots of character and ambience and great, friendly service. It has a big pool and private beach with lunch restaurant as well as a restaurant and bar in the main building. "This was our third trip to La Creole Beach hotel and we had a wonderful stay! The buffet food was terrific, the service was efficient, and the beach is always beautiful. You almost don't want to recommend this gem because what makes it great is that it is more laid back than a lot of traditional hotels in the Caribbean. You don't have to fight for a seat at the pool or beach and it really is the definition of relaxation on such a beautiful island."

"This is beautiful beachfront hotel with a large swimming pool. It has, apart from Standard restaurant which serves breakfast and/or lunch and dinner for all inclusive customers, nice "a la carte" restaurant. Beach in front of the hotel is sandy with free sun loungers, however they charge returnable deposits of 25 Euros for beach towels. Staff speaks French language only, apart from front desk where most of them can speak English."
