If you don't want to be dragging your suitcases around cobblestone streets and are looking for a reasonable place to stay outside of Venice this is it. We flew out of the little airport nearby and wanted to spend an afternoon in Venice. We had a car, so this was the perfect spot. It was clean, the included breakfast was adequate, the staff was friendly. Definitely would recommend.
Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. We drove our car to the station (plenty of free parking) and took the train in to Venice each day. I would highly recommend...
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Only a 3-4 min drive to the airport. The grounds are beautiful with lots of plants, a garden to relax and of course the farm animals. The donkeys are so cute and friendly. I spent a good amount of time with them. There’s also a very cute grey tabby cat on premises. Only bad was the A/c didn’t work well
This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. The hotel could use an update, but the convenience and service makeup for it. We had a wonderful stay here towards the end of May and highly recommend the charming Villa Clementina in the Prosecco country. The views from the pool (very warm and swimmable) are spectacular and the service couldn't be any better. Kiera was extremely helpful, answering our questions, arranging bikes and making dinner reservations since we can't speak Italian.

This place is a hidden jewel close to the airport in the city but might as well be 100 miles away. A working farm with charming rooms, a Michelin recognized restaurant on site, a gorgeous pool area, and wonderful breakfast.
All while goats and horses run around the property in fenced pastures.
