What an exceptionally outstanding hotel. Everything about it is wonderful. From the setting where apples grow to the views of the mountains. In our three week tour of Europe this is by far the nicest staff. Our room was large with a balcony and sitting area. While there is no restaurant onsite, they do serve breakfast which was delicious.
The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Upon arrival the room was clean and smell cleaned, this is a rarely in most places. The hotel is older but they do a great job at keeping things modern and up to date. The spa and pool area are great with indoor and out pools and jacuzzi. The daily breakfast was nice, with plenty of seating areas. There are free bike rentals, as well as fee bikes for electric bikes. Many things to do in the area, hiking, walking, biking, visting...
The valley that Hotel Rössl is located in is simply beautiful. The hotel was superb and the breakfast was excellent! Our room felt like two separate rooms. Beautiful views too!! It was clean, comfortable and resort-like. Very impressed. I cannot imagine anyone knocking a place like this. Staff were super friendly.
We had a wonderful time at Förstlerhof. After a day of hiking we enjoyed the Spa area of the hotel. The restaurant and staff is also really nice.

Great staff with attention to every detail. The owner is kind and truly seems to want everybody to enjoy their time in his hotel. The maître d’ watches over every meal very carefully, it is extremely knowledgeable about wine, and set a great tone. The staff was without exception extremely friendly and very good at what they were doing. Very pleasant atmosphere and good value! I recommend that if you stay here you also eat your evening meals in the restaurant. We found local restaurants not all...
