"Breakfast was not free, but quite good!
Staff was exceptional, Anastasia at the front desk was amazingly helpful and willing to help us with activities. Amr, housekeeping was very thorough and helpful. Craig bartender was great! Loved the hotel, loved the location, loved the special touches of having mulled wine and pastries in lobby area! "

"The room was clean and loved the little duck left out for us.
Breakfast had a really good choice of foods, and the service was good. All staff were friendly.
The location was perfect, right at the bottom of Victoria Street, which is rumoured to be the street which inspired Diagonally in Harry Potter."

"A return visit. This hotel is in a perfect location, the right size to feel personal and independent. Love the design and the hotel looks new although been open for some time. from the champagne welcome, to complimentary mini bar and snacks restocked daily to the champagne breakfast this hotel delivers on many levels! It is now our go to for trips to Edinburgh for both business and pleasure reasons."
