If you are planning to take advantage of spa treatments, I would call them in advance to make sure the spa will be open during your stay. I found that the hours were not always consistent with several hotels in Morocco. Enjoy!! "

"The spa was excellent enjoyed several treatments and a swim in the indoor pool. The staff a super friendly and encourage participation in activities or leave you alone which ever is your thing. Access to Marrakech is easy with the shuttle bus. The pool looked amazing sadly we did not have the weather for going in a little cold and wet. "

"The accomodation is itself amazing, kept super clean all the times, it has all the amenities required and also has a mini shop at site. They also provide taxi services to city centres both ways and also airport shuttle at minimal prices. they also have a restaurant facing the amazing swimming pool. oh my god what food they serve, the taste of the food is so amazing as compared to outside restaurants, etc. there is also a cactus garden nearby and it needs reservation so we were unable to go. but...

The pool is huge and nice. The drinks are very good. The only complaint is the pool: like in many other resorts, people start reserving lounge chairs and blocking the use for others. I can see chairs blocked for 4-6 hours without people using them. The staff should politely intervene . The food by the pool could have...
