"This Hotel is truly a GEM. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and very nice, the property is beautiful, well maintained and the restaurant on sight is outstanding. One of the strengths of this Hotel is its STAFF, from the moment we arrived the staff was welcoming, professional, courteous and super helpful. For me this is indicative of excellent management. This establishment and its people represent their country well. "
"C’est naturellement l’emplacement. Mais, du coté de la salle de bain, c’est désuet. Une douche dans un bain et que le pommeau de douche ne peux fournir assez d’eau pour te laver correctement.
L’air conditionné devrait être changer, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien.
Par contre, le lit était confortable mais pas les oreillers."
"For a city hotel this is quality. Roof top pool, restaurant amazing. I would of given 5stars but the bed and pillows far to hard and mattress topper needs to be thicker as my double bed was two singles pushed together. What is 5 stars are the staff all of them are so genuine. Special shout out goes to Samir keept bumping into him all over the hotel, so helpful and with a big smile on his face. "

Though I think that when a hotel is renovating they have a duty along with the travel companies like yourselves to inform the customer before booking.
That is a bit sly.
I found the pool menu and the room service menu very below standard. Needs improving.
Overall, the hotel is very nice including the staff.
Just needs a little attention with the finer details being a 5 Star hotel. Just lacks that little bit of class. "

"The hotel resides in a new american style shopping development. Whether this is good or bad depends what you are looking for. The rooms were nice, the breakfast ok. I did enjoy the adjacent CR7 sportsbar which had excellent service and draft beer -- a rarity in Morocco."
