"We booked a whirlpool room and were excited for a romantic get away. Upon check it we were told that they gave away all of the rooms in that category. That was it, no other solution. We then thought that we'd at least be able to use the indoor pool and hot tub only to be surprised by a sign on the door saying that it was out of order. Incredibly disappointing and the front desk staff did little to make up for it. "

"The staff was very helpful upon checking in. The room, bathroom, lobby, and hotelwere in pristine condition. I highly recommend. I also enjoyed that the shower was a walk-in and I didn’t have to climb into a tub to take a shower."

"Room had stains on couch and bedding. GROSS! Elevator broken. Cleaning staff was friendly, but also frustrated with broken with elevator. Breakfast okay... area not so clean. NOT MENTIONED ON WEBSITE ABOUT DAILY PARKING FEE. "

"I arrived at 9:30 pm. It was easy to reach a person at the hotel who promptly sent a shuttle to get me. Note there are several Hampton in the area and you need to know the address of where you are going. Front desk clerk was friendly. Gave me bottled water. Loved the bedding and shower pressure. The return to the airport was only available on the hour. Both drivers were so nice. Breakfast started early and had lots of options. "
