I paid for my trip to the hotel in January via an Expedia app. During my checking in April, I found out that the hotel is not garranting the room that you purchased. They giving you left overs. What's a point to spend more money in advance? "1. The front desk clerk took 20 minutes to check me in, including the 5 minutes he took to determine that I am a Hilton Honors member. 2. He said that he was giving me an upgrade, but the room he assigned me to had an unmade bed and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. 3. The next room he put into was adjacent to a room with people being very loud. I called to ask that he ask them to quiet down, but no one ever answered the phone when I called. 4. Because no one answered, I was not able to ask for a wake up call. 5. I slept longer than I intended and missed breakfast. One reason for this is that the clock in the room was set an hour behind. The other was I could not request a wake-up call because no one answered my call."

"Prop near airport but shuttle doesn't run early before 8 am or late. No coffee in rooms and only during breakfast. Gym pretty sparse and hot tub was a bubble bath when visited, not sure what was going on there."
