"Really nice 3 star close to Lindisfarne. Perfect for judging the crossing times to the island and close enough by car to Berwick upon Tweed for a great choice of restaurants. Banburgh Castle is also close-by."

"We instantly relaxed and felt at home here. It was lovely having a hot tub and private garden, and the food in the pub was amazing. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We'll be back!"

"The granary room was beautiful except that it was 30° during the day and so very hot. The unseasonably hot weather is hardly the owners fault, but perhaps some kind of fan system to bring in cooler air at night would be a good investment."

"Large room and bathroom. Looked a little tired but perfectly adequate. Mark (the owner) is lovely and friendly, really helpful. Superb breakfast, plenty of choice, quality products. Parking is on the street but we founded a space no pru."
