"This is indeed a JEWEL Close to everything.. fabulous staff, lovely lounge to relax or work in. My husbands wheelchair broke in Time Square and the staff could not have been more helpful. really good restaurants nearby and walk to Broadway. We did not use cars.. I walked and Ted wheeled that’s how central it is. It was fine even over memorial weekend and at night."

The room we stayed in was in major need of updating and general sprucing up. Smaller than rooms I've stayed in at Hilton Midtown but much bigger than others in the area.
