Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but the young lady at the desk when I checked in was the sweetest and most polite person I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry. And holy cow she was fast! The second night of my stay, I called the front desk for washcloths and toilet paper. I was on the 2nd floor but she must have a secret portal or something because it seemed like she was at the door as soon as I hung up the phone! The only negative thing I want to mention is the parking lot....

The lady at the front hotel check in desk, Manda, was not helpful at all. She never asked for my drivers license. She was very, very rude. She was not willing to help with my situation at all.
