"Overall nice hotel. Disappointed that the body wash in bathroom was empty and we found a sock on our floor."

"The staff were extremely helpful and showed amazing hospitality as soon as we walked through the door. Throughout the stay I noticed staff members cleaning and organizing the lounge area. Our room was clean and give us the peace of mind that we could relax after a long day of traveling."

"Let me start by saying that the hotel staff was so nice here! The hotel parking lot had some huge potholes including some cones out where one should not drive. The room was clean but the overall hotel needs some renovations to keep up with the surrounding hotels. Bathroom sink was leaking and there was already a basket placed under it to catch the drips so they are clearly aware. For what we paid, it was okay for one night where we didn't need to spend much time there except for sleeping."

"Everything was pretty good, rooms clean, front desk lady was very nice. The reason im giving it 3 stars is because i called and specifically asked if the pool and hot tub were open and was told yes. We get there get ready to swim and guess what happens next? Hot tub closed no water in it. Not sure why I was lied to but most likely wont return because of it "

"Breakfast was cold every day. Good choices but not kept warm. Heat/cooling in the room was very noisy. We had to turn it off at night so we could sleep. It’s a new property and quite nice; convenient location . They just need to get some kinks out."

"Pool & Sauna were great. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Ordering dinner from the restaurant was mediocre."

"Room wasn’t as pictured. Visibly dirty with hair EVERYWHERE. Looked almost like a dingy motel almost. I complained and they didn’t move me but did come and “clean”. There was still hair. Construction was annoying and the room I was out in was next to a loud family. Did not get much quiet. Was also watched and followed on my floor by some sketchy guy."
