4/10 Poor

"The breakfast buffet was the best part of the stay. We received a room with a view of air conditioning condensers and kitchen exhaust fans. The door in the bathroom had a stain from where wet towels were hung by previous guests. The facility was under renovation which is understandable, but the work stared at 7:00am. Definitely not the best for any guest trying to have a relaxing stay. I went to the front desk to check out and asked for a receipt. I was told the receipt would be emailed. Sixteen hours later I still have not received a receipt, but my credit card shows the full charge from the day I checked in."

"Had two rooms under my name. One room was for two nights and the other was for one night. I had to pay for a second night on the single night room because they couldn't understand that I was staying a second night and the other room had left. They called me twice for payment while I was in the middle of getting ready for a wedding for payment. I reluctantly paid it to avoid the extra stress. Figured I would sort it out that night or next morning. Wouldn't you know that a manager wouldn't show up until hours after I had to check out and head home. Now they claim that both rooms were being used both nights. They definitely were not. Now I am out $158.00 with a sorry for the confusion. "

"Lady at front desk was nice. The King size room with jacuzzi was nice a few minor issues like bathroom light cover cracked and tub plug not working properly. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was disgusting (black in color and cover off) and the outside made us want to turn around and not go in, glad I did though. It needed lots of clean up outside."

"Chose this place because it reminded me of the old hotels we used to stay at as a child easy in and out access to the location we needed was the only good thing about this day other than it was quiet, cause they weren’t busy breakfast was horrible scrambled eggs with corn and peas in them for someone that has diverticulitis that cannot consume corn was uncalled for sausage was undercooked look like they just been rolled in hot water and put out went to get yogurt had expired April 28. This was May 16 that we were there informed the clerk well I don’t know what happened. No apologies. Nothing the cost of having to drive somewhere else for breakfast is not worth staying there ever again."
