Upon check in we were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies in our room! We had dinner that evening in their restaurant and the short ribs were delicious! The grounds around the property were impeccably manicured. The staff were very friendly and Jenn the owner even came and talked to us at our dinner there. We were very impressed.
The service and communication were excellent, the owner was warm and welcoming, breakfast was delicious and homemade, space was very clean, warm, cozy, and we even bought some eggs from the owner’s laying hens! This was an amazing gem to find! The room was beautiful and spacious! The managers were beyond friendly and accommodating! A very quiet hotel. The manager walked around periodically outside to make sure things were secure! The kitchenette was wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat. Close to everything!
The cabin was impeccably clean, well appointed with cutlery, pans and utensils. The information book had clear directions to get to both of the association beaches. The host even had welcome snacks out which my kids greatly appreciated! The "shed of fun" was a huge hit with my pre-teens with basketball, foosball, ping pong and darts all available for them to play with. We had a great stay and would certainly re-book!
First time staying in this hotel, it was great. Staff was very friendly and our room was really cool. Had no idea we were getting a room with a separate bedroom, made it feel very homey. Bathroom was great, fancy fixtures and all! The free breakfast was nice too, although tough to find seating, not the hotel's fault there happened to be a wedding there the weekend we booked.
