"The issue with the hotel is the parking. A great hotel for us and our dog but the parking was an issue as my husband is disabled and we couldn’t get parked near to the hotel"

"Yes, these rooms are above a pub but you can’t hear any noise. The appointments were like that of a luxury hotel. The staff worked behind the bar at the pub for the most part and they were extremely responsive to any request. Not sure many tourists find their way to this particular town, but if you’re anywhere near Scarborough, this is the place to stay."

We received a email from bill the owner the night before about gaining access to the property and the code .my friend and o had a lovely stay the property is in a great location right next to st marys church and the centre of town.
