It was amazing

We knew there was a short walk to get to the old town but the hotel provided one of our best experiences so the walk was worth it! The staff, room, breakfast, and the couple evening dinners we had at the hotel were excellent which more than compensated for the walk. If you were not up to the 15-20 minute walk, an inexpensive, less than $5, taxi ride was easily at hand.

No more free parking nearby the city of Krakow is destroying its own success.

We loved this hotel and have already talked to our friends about it. Great location, right near the river and walking distance to Wawel Royal Castle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was gorgeous and it included free breakfast buffet and free wifi. Whenever I visit Kraków, I will definitely stay at the Niebieski.

Very clean. Good service. Healthy choices at the breakfast buffet table. Super convenient to get around the town and airport from the bus terminal located just across the street.

This is the place I always stay at when in Krakow. The staff are helpful, they are there 24/7 (with the exception of cleaning staff), the premium room is spacious and affordable, the bathroom is clean and nice. The only negative is the AC isn’t very powerful depending on the room, but one barely needs it in Krakow.

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with the fluffiest towels I have ever had in a hotel! Looking forward to my 4th stay there soon. Thank you, you terrific staff members!

Stay was amazing! Steps away from old town square. Many sites within walking distance, St. Mary’s Church, clock tower, Rynek Underground Museum, Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and church. Staff was very welcoming offering water or champagne while checking in at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom, larger than most places we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel a short 10 min walk from the main plaza. I travelled with my family and the room was comfortable and big enough for us all. They had a complementary water fill station with containers to bring to your room. The staff was attentive and helpful when we needed.

It was a surprise that this hotel was so lovely--for the price, especially. I was only staying here because it seemed nice enough for a one-night stop to pick up my fella from the nearish Krakow airport, but it would have been worth a longer stay, for sure. It has a kinda old-world thing going on, with big private balconies and lots of burgundy and lots of dark wood, but the pool and soaking tub is in a very shiny, fetchingly designed new building. The staff was very pleasant, the room was comfortable and clean, and the bath very modern and clean. I would definitely recommend the David Hotel to friends and colleagues. For anyone interested in the Jewish history of Cracow, its location is excellent. One can walk easily to historic synagogues and sites, as well as to the few kosher eateries..

The management and staff at Hotel Copernicus are superb. They are skilled, friendly and eager to help all guests. I felt particularly welcomed, because they all remembered me from my stay there last year. Their friendliness is genuine and heartwarming.

Hotel Grodek is on a quiet side street right in the Krakow Old Town. It has lots of charm, each room and the hallways are carefully decorated. We liked that we could easily walk to most things, and were close to the lively old town square but were able to retreat to a quiet street away from the crowds.

This is our favorite hotel in the world! Each room is decorated differently. Flat screen TV's, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. The restaurant is quiet & spacious. The staff are very courteous & helpful. Everyone speaks English. The best location in Krakow - right on the main square. During the high season, there are wonderful classical concerts in the concert hall on the 2nd floor.
