"I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. Not sure why they'd want to turn that on at 4am with a full house of guests! On...

They made my experience so wonderful and even went with me to the shops to find a traditional dress.They also arranged a personal assistant inside the airport to get me quickly through the budy crowds. 7 star service all the way at the Western maple leaf airport"

"Upon checking hotel tried to cheat me. They were claiming that Hotel don’t have any account with Expedia, therefore, no booking received. I called Expedia, handed the phone to them, manager explained different story, there was no room as per my booking. Then they offered me twin room. I threat them to report to Anti corruption team ( I knew higher officials), immediately they gave me the room I booked for. Very dirty and smelly and crowded in the evening and only one lift."
