We were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette. The room was quite comfortable except that it was too warm the first night. The hotel is conveniently located near the lake and near the historic center. it was a bit of a walk from the train station but we discovered a very convenient tram and Geneva hotels give out transit passes for your stay.
