During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. Adiwana Bisma exceeded our expectations. The room was large, luxurious, and honestly nicer than some resorts charging nearly twice as much. We had one issue when we first checked in, and the staff corrected it immediately. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay. The jetted tub was also a huge plus for me after spending full days exploring, especially with my back and leg discomfort. I would gladly stay at Adiwana Bisma again anytime I’m in Ubud.

This hotel is amazing!!! Concrete, industrial design combined with Balinese architecture - this sounds crazy, right? But it's not... not in Bisma eight, they did an excellent job with the hotel design, their staff are the friendliest people we met on Bali, hotel is incredibly clean. We stayed in the forest and also garden view rooms - both were spectacular, amazing views from the forest room! I could just lie on the bed all day enjoying the view and its atmosphere. It really is incredible....

As a solo female traveler I felt so safe and I was treated incredibly well. The staff says that they want you to feel at home and the do everything to make you feel that way. The room was very large with a gorgeous balcony. I still dream about the bathtub, pool and the room service was delicious. I also tried the floating breakfast and flower bath, AMAZING! The shuttle service was great but the location was so convenient that I didn’t even need it. I plan to stay here again in the future.
