Andrea, was a splendid Host. Attentive and thorough about our itinerary and excursions. Great restaurant recommendations and advice on what to see and eat in San Pelligrino and Bergamo. The room was positively clean and amply stocked with everything we needed for a two night stay. Breakfast was wonderful and delightful, with warm brioche and \ in house made pastries and jams. When you imagine Italian hospitality at it's best you will find Andrea :) Grazie Andrea !

Outstanding visit--very classy place! Felt like an Italian princepessa in her family palazzo! Shopping out the front door, excellent meals at 1-star Michelin restaurant, Mistral, and the lakeside cafe. Breakfast was an unexpected feast, beautifully presented. Staff could not be better, Concierge happy to help with the smallest of questions and details. Lake Como is stunning, and Serbelloni is well-known for excellence in this part of the world.

The view from our room was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay (2 nights). There's a nice passage by the lake. Breakfast was very good, especially cappuccino! The staff was helpful at the desk. There's a little market about 500 meters away, which was convenient. The train station is 100 meters but there is no person at the office. The train comes every hour or every two hours. We took a train to Varenna Esino and walked to the Villa Monastero/Botanical Garden. It was very nice.

Very good hotel. Staff is not too friendly, but everything else is brilliant. Happy with location, not close to center but close to train station. Neighborhood is the one where you can see a lot of refugee people,walking in large groups. Cafes are walking distance. Shuttle to airport is available by request. It costs 7.50 Euro per person. Rooms are big enough and very clean. I would add more electric plugs. We didn't buy breakfast because we left at 5am for early flight.
