Very nice hotel and beatiful area,quiet and relaxing.We updated the room to the new building There was a lot of noice in the air condition in the first room but the updated room was excellent and the view was spectacular.The spa was great , but the swimming pool area was missing sun umbrellas.We got excellent service from all except the receptionts were quite arrogant but in all a very nice hotel

Overall disappointing

In my opinion, this hotel was very over-rated. When you walk in, the staff are lovely and welcoming with fantastic English but the bar is in the reception with the only public seating for the hotel also in both bar/reception area. People sit and stare as you are checking in. The room was nice and clean but the heating and aircon didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t connect and the tv couldn’t connect to any services such as Netflix We were only one of 3 tables eating in the restaurant and the food was lovely but far overpriced for what it was. Again the service in the restaurant was great, very attentive-almost too much. I think overall the atmosphere was the big let down in the hotel overall and the restaurant. To Note, the pool is €62.50 pp for a couple of hours, this doesn’t include any treatment and must be booked in advanced-they said we should have received an email with this pointed out to us but we never got anything-unless you are going for the spa-there is very little else to do with no hang out areas to read a book etc

Staff and environment is a 10, but…

Thought this was a spa-“Relax Hotel” as the tag implies. Use of pool, spa facilities cost extra and they are rigid about times when you can purchase usage. Water was extra cost, worst meat we’ve had in Italy ( though we were comped one meal) and the air conditioning kept us up all night malfunctioning with noise turning on and off.

Nice but overpriced for what you get.

This is a very nice property, but be aware that the spa is not included in the price that you pay for the hotel. The spa is the only reason we stayed at this hotel, so that was a bit disappointing, especially when they charge 50 euro per person for spa access and you can only go within very specific three hour time slots. Bottom line, knowing what I know now, I would have saved some money and stayed somewhere else. Nice place though.

Vi havde booket 2 værelser til 2 nætter. Venligt og dygtigt personale i receptionen. Fint pool og spa område med serviceminded personale. Restauranten derimod var en meget stor skuffelse. Den første aften gik vi ned i restauranten 1 time før vi havde bestilt bord, for at tage en drink udenfor, inden vi skulle spise. Arealet lige udenfor restauranten var kedeligt og der var fyldt med glasskår under vores bord. Vi bestilte vores drinks ud fra et menukort, hvorefter tjeneren længe efter kom tilbage og oplyste os, at de desværre ikke havde ingredienserne til vores drinks. Vi valgte så nogle andre, men der gik i alt 45 minutter fra vi kom til vi fik vores drinks og de smagte så af opvaskevand. Da vi endelig fik dem, havde vi også kun cirka 15 minutter tilbage til vi havde reserveret bord. Vi lod dem derfor stå uden at drikke dem. Dagen efter spiste vi igen i restauranten. Først blev vi meget bestemt afvist af en tjener ved indgangen, da der var 2 minutter til restauranten åbnede... Ingen form for kundeservice ved for eksempel at tilbyde os at vente de par minutter ved vores reserveret bord. Da vi havde spist forret og hovedret, ville vi bestille dessert og mere vin, men det var umuligt at få kontakt til serveringspersonalet, der stressede rundt med skyklapper på. Da vi forgæves havde ventet længe, forlod vi derfor restauranten uden at bestille yderligere. Meget uprofessionelt og restauranten gik glip af meromsætning på grund af udygtigt serveringspersonale.
