"The last time I stayed at the Peppermill in 2019 it was no where in the incredible condition it is now. Everything about the place impressed me, but my Tuscany Tower Suite was as good as any I have stayed in recent memory. eateries are awesome, pool and fitness centers too! I dont get to Reno often and I dont typically stay in casino properties but will definitely keep this one on my list."

"We arrived at 930pm. And they're restaurants all were closed. The one Purple Parrot that was supposed to be open 24/7 was closed for weekly maintenance! The hotel was beautiful, staff was "put upon" and seemed like we were a bother. We normally stay at the Nugget and will probably go back to The Nugget. Super disappointed! "

"The Chop House was great and the staff were very good. Check in was a little slow and we woke up the last morning to no water in the bathroom sinks or shower. "

"Room had broken hot water knob on sink and bathroom smelled of mildew and had a few ants. The ice machines on every floor of the Birch tower were out of order. Hanna's was disgusting and over priced. The buffet was overpriced and not worth the money. Not a lot of selection and had old deserts that were honestly the worst. Had an ok experience in the casino for up until the last night we stayed. The blackjack dealer they brought in on the $5 table was a real jerk. Not based on anything other than his attitude. Everyone was enjoying themselves and having a good time until this guy showed up. Very nasty to the pit boss and customers. Not respectful or decent in any way. Very condescending and rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy their vacation."
