Few improvements/suggestions:
- the lobby needs renovation
- extending swimming pool hours
- parking lot needs to be repaved
- the buggy drivers think they have right of way, which is unsafe
Very clean, quiet, and family-friendly before the school holidays.
The food was a 7.5 out of 10. ( some chefs were great, others missed the mark a bit) Lots of great options for dining depending upon the day.

We found this Apartment/hotel on Expedia Website after a desperate attempt to find a room in Nadi during Cyclone Zena. All hotels were booked out as the highway between Nadi and Suva were flooded and closed to all traffic. We are from Suva but were not aware of Ratsun. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early! Hotel food was great and room was updated. They held our luggage for us while we went on an atv tour after check out!

These are shipping containers converted to rooms so a little small and fragile. Using shower can be a little uncomfortable because of lack of support under floor.

I stayed here for a night with my wife and had a great experience. Staff was very friendy and the room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked to perfection. We were the first guest to stay at the Ramada as the hotel opened the day before and most of the amenities were closed but we could definitely see the potential. Free shuttle ride to the airport was a bonus too.
Recommend for Fiji for sure. Great rooms because they are one bedroom apartments with a living area full kitchen and bedroom and bath. Cloth Washing with dry function machine and they provide the soap. It’s great. You have everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The staff will bring you whatever you need ie towels.
The cleaning staff is kind and the front lady Ase is very kind.
If you have a rental car there is 24/7 a person to open the gate when you pull up.
