The rooms are so comfortable and have everything to feel relaxed. The pool and sauna are superb and spotless. There is a choice of four restaurants and we ate very well indeed with excellent service and a superb wine list .

A few minor criticisms: Electrical outlets to charge devices are scarce and quite far away from the living/sleeping area. One of the staff was very very arrogant rude he gave me my room card and the room was very dirty not clean so I go back to him he told me we don't have house keeping at the moment and I will offer u new towels I told him what r u saying to stay in a dirty room he reply back don't shout at me then his manger or colleague he apologized to me and give me new room I spent in this hotel 6 night this happend at 08-july-2017 12:07 am .
Wow, this hotel is situated right on the Rhine River. We booked a superior deluxe room over looking the Rhine which was worth every cent. The breakfast provided was superb and quite lavish. Directly Outside there is a ferry for cars, bicycles and passengers that crosses the Rhine continuously throughout the day.
