This was a beautiful hotel with a staff of people who were profoundly courteous, helpful, kind and they exceeded all my expectations at every turn. As much as I love animals, I am allergic to their little fury bodies and I didn't notice that pets were okay when I booked the hotel. But, there was absolutely no trace of the odors that often accompany little furry creatures. What was even more amazing is that I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ALLERGIC REACTION, whatsoever, to the two, precious little dogs....

Wonderful to be back at Das Graseck! It's a truly magical corner of the earth, our second visit and for sure we will be back in the winter months. The staff are exceptionally attentive, friendly and professional with a good old sense of humour! Upon arrival, we were welcomed back and also, surprised with an upgrade to the loft suite, which made our stay super comfy and, of course the extra space and views were magnificent.
