Very nice place to stay in Munich. Centrally located for public transportation and in a safe area. The highlight is the breakfast spread — make sure you take advantage of what they offer for a good start to your day. Wonderful people taking care of you, especially Avni. Nice hotel, it’s located one block from the river Eisbach, This is the famous artificial channel where surfers ride the standing wave. The only downside is that there was not AC but there was a fan in the room. I’d stay there again.

This hotel was perfect to stay for 2 nights for Oktoberfest. The location is extremely convenient - less than a 3 minute walk to the entrance of Oktoberfest. The room is pretty small, but served its purpose as we spent most of the time outside our hotel room anyway.
Went for octoberfest and it was a perfect location easy to get to from the train station and was the opposite direction of all the crowds I would definitely stay here for octoberfest again! Only draw back was the breakfast was 18 euros and not worth it .

The room was small but it had all we needed to lay our heads and shower after a few days of touring around Munich and going to Oktoberfest. The Tram is only a block up the street offering convenience to the train station and other parts of the city. It as also only 2 stops away from Oktoberfest. The room was very clean.
