A quiet and tranquil stay. Our room was perfect with plenty of space in both the sleeping area and bathroom, picturesque views outside all of our windows. The service from all staff was wonderful and friendly. The breakfast, lunch and dinner menus were very delicious and fresh. Pool is a great addition for a relaxing afternoon, with chairs available for all guests. I would be back!!
We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The price was so worth it. The resort has a delicious restaurant, comfortable and luxurious accommodations, a lovely bar, relaxing pool area, and the most amazing Tuscan hills view. We can attest that the romantic sunset they promote is spot on. There is a quaint downtown a 10 minutes walk away as well. It was conveniently located to Florence and many other Tuscan locations. It was amazing to get an authentic Tuscan experience.
Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous.
The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. Spectacular - the best part of Florence without the craziness of in-town tourist zoo. 15 min taxi to the center of town and a very welcome escape for the evening. The restaurant is second to none and is a close second only to the Villa San Michele next door.
