The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in consierge matters. The neighborhood is rather calm but still has really good food in walking distance. While it has 3 great on-site restaurants, one drawback would be the volume of level of the music played in the bar late into the night, which is fine if your room is on the other side (and they do provide earplugs) but might be an issue in a room closer to the sound.
Wonderful hotel with amazing view and amenities. The staff was wonderful and took care of everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were very spacious and everything was in excellent condition. We had a lovely stay and will be returning. Enrique took excellent care of me and my family and I am so thankful for all his recommendations. Cass Bonita is located in a residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes by car from the city. The hotel provides a shuttle until 5 pm. We arranged an airport pickup and drop off and were charged a reasonable fee. We were upgraded at no charge to a bigger room with our own balcony. A wonderful stay. Behind an imposing black metal gate, a beautiful hideaway a short (5-10 minutes) walk from major attractions - with plenty of dining options in the immediate area. Was hesitate about the waterless toilets, but will assure you, a non issue! The material you place in the bowl after using the bathroom annihilates any lingering odor. Casa Antonieta was incredible! If you have the chance to stay here, you should without question. The staff here was so attentive and helpful with arrangements and recommendations. Their response time to emails was some times nearly instantaneous and everything they recommended was top notch. The room was spacious and relaxing, and had a shower with great water pressure. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and Mezcalerias all within a few blocks. I look forward to staying at Casa Antonieta again...
This hotel is in a pleasant and easily walkable neighborhood. The rooms are nice, it's quiet, it's kept clean, and the rooftop deck is awesome.
But the best part is Emilio. He rushed out to help us with parking before we even got to the door. He reassured us about our travel plans after the disturbing events of late February 2026. If you're going to Ciudad Oaxaca, this is where you should stay.
