We had a nice stay in Cairns, which was involuntarily extended by 4 days when our flight to Guam was canceled due to Tropical Storm Vongfong bearing down on Guam. For the most part, this was an amazing hotel. The swim up balcony and spa tip were great, as well as the dishwasher AND laundry facilities in the room! The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, although some were definitely more knowledgeable than others. My main complaints\ is the exhorbatent price for wifi access. A hotel of this caliber should either include it in the room charge, or not offer it at all as its philosophy.
