This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences.
We spent three days in Casa Alice to visit Rovinj and nearby villages/wineries etc. Case Alice is in a quieter location about a 15 minute walk from the city center. We liked the location and found it preferable to staying in the center of Rovinj. Immediately upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Christian, the proprietor, and offered a beverage. This is the most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is beyond amazing and courteous. The location is in the heart of old town Rovinj which is stunning. My husband got sick and the restaurant for breakfast brought food up to our room for no charge. That is SERVICE! I would move in and make this my retirement home if I could. I wish we had stayed longer.

We loved this property. It is quaint and quiet but located right in the center of Old Rovinj. Within footsteps are restaurants and stores. The staff cooked breakfast each morning and there was a medium sized buffet. We also used the parking for our small rental car. Highly recommend this hotel!
