Extremely friendly staff, and they ensure your safety during this COVID crisis...checking temperatures upon check in, plexiglass around the front counter, etc. The pool is HUGE and wonderful during these hot days. This is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly and staff. The rooms are modern and clean. Very comfortable beds with soft bedding. The rooftop bar/restaurant is lovely with an exceptional view of the sea. The village is very small and quaint. There is a nice swimming area about a 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I find myself in Santa Cesare Terme again, I would definitely stay here again!!
