Great stay

Hotel is located within 30 minutes of driving from spectacular beaches and touristic places. Sufficient buffet breakfast served.

8/10 Very good

Hotel Hermitage was a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was decently spacious. Parking was easy-on site. The property was generally well kept and clean. The bathroom I had appeared to be relatively newly renovated, however it did need a new shower head as a lot of the rubber ends where the water comes out had calcified so the water pressure wasn't very good, or sprayed out in all sorts of directions. Breakfast was a little bit underwhelming. It was basically bread and cereal with a bit of fruit that was not replenished while I ate there so I didn't get to have any. I did not have a chance to use the outdoor facilities but they looked well kept. Overall I enjoyed my stay aside from the shower head and breakfast.

4/10 Fair

We had room 211. Small (12 sqm?) room fitted with 3 beds. WiFi was totally crap. Airco wouldn't adjust, you're either freezing cold or sweating when you switch it off. Chemical breakfast. Off town, you can't do w/o a car. Of course, there's a swimming pool and stuff, but honestly for a 4*, it's not at the expected level.

Ottimo per chi viaggia per lavoro come me, consigliatissima.

3 nights for two

Staid for 3 nights, chose the hotel mainly due to the outdoor pool area. The service was very good, hotel a bit dated in general, but renovated. Overall OK but not a proper 4-star stay.

8/10 Very good

Hotel molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo trovati bene, staff molto gentile e colazione abbondante.

6/10 Good

GREAT location

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly staff, and they ensure your safety during this COVID crisis...checking temperatures upon check in, plexiglass around the front counter, etc. The pool is HUGE and wonderful during these hot days. And the location is PERFECT. Right outside of the beautiful city of Lecce, and in the middle of the east, south, and west coasts of Puglia (most beautiful beaches in Italy).

Comodo essenziale economico

Hotel ubicato fuori Galatina in posizione comoda. Ampio parcheggio. Consiglio!
