Great location! Beach was less than a minute walk. Place was super clean and comfortable. Great experience. The check in process was a bit of challenge, but as long as you call the number in the email they will direct you to check in inside the shopping center at the lottery ticket. Overall we had an excellent experience!

Great location, easy access to Ginowan and Naha. Having access to a car is important for this hotel. Family Mart right next door, which was very convenient.

Nice hotel, but looks little old, some part where in floor and are not fixed, the pool is nice too but because of corona it was open only evening, the transportation is not fluent around, you can use a Taxi to go American village. nice for children and family.

Solid place. Great for the money, but downside was pool was advertised, but is closed for the entire season. They should take the pool off of the Expedia ad. It’s very misleading.

Everything was fantastic. The room was very clean, great staff, and the location was perfect.

My flight was cancelled multiple times due to Super Typhoon Bavi. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to change the dates of my reservations the day I was supposed to arrive. The room was spacious, clean and the view from the room was amazing. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was helpful and the room was nice.. It was great having a pool. We enjoyed the breakfasts with a wide assortment of choices. The location was convenient .

We booked Hotel Strata based on recommendations and were pleasantly surprised at how conveniently located the hotel was to everything we wanted to check out in Naha. Not only was the hotel super easy to get to by monorail, the hotel itself is also a little zen oasis. Our room was super comfortable with great amenities for a Japanese hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and next time we return to Naha/Okinawa, we will be staying here again!

It was a little difficult trying to determine where parking was, but eventually it worked out.

Despite its small footprint, the hotel makes the best use of its limited space to provide a homely experience to guests. Free coffee and drink hours for all guests, as well as a small bank of open dining spaces, are life savers! Rooms are small and don't have much beyond bed space, but the baths are generous. I love the convenience stores next-door to the hotel. It made getting breakfast so simple.
