"The included breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was helpful with questions in regards to shuttles. Keep in mind, if you do not request a non-smoking room, the smell is quite strong as soon you get off the elevator for your room floor. Also if you plan to walk from Chitose Station to the hotel, it’s roughly a 20 min walk so plan accordingly if you have a handful of luggage."
