Although it is a kind of 'box' hotel it is a really good one. Two rooms, kind of living room, separate toilet and shower. As for Japanese hotels plenty of space! Clear self check in instruction, free parking space near your box. And close to the Chitose airport. No shops nearby, good when you have a car.

Compact yet spacious, this functional, clean, and comfortable cabin features a beautiful wooden-frame design. It is about 30 minutes from Sapporo Station by JR train, and a taxi ride to New Chitose International Airport costs around ¥2,400. We stayed here for two nights and were very pleased with the service and facilities.

The property was less than a year old, so it was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located as it is a short drive from CTS Airport, and is convenient for those who do not plan to spend multiple days in the Sapporo City Center. We appreciated that most of the rooms are away from the main road, and that each room has an assigned parking spot. SMA MO Inn Chitose provided great value as it was spacious by Japanese standards. We would stay there again for future visits to Hokkaido.

The place was excellent. 4 adults easily fitted I Close to airport but very quiet. Very spacious but warm (it was snowing heavily outside). Easy check in. Would benefit from a few more implements in the kitchen (bowls, spoons, saucepan and a coffee pot would have been a great addition), but given the price, paying for breakfast the following day still made this place excellent value for money. Will stay here next time. Highly recommended

Highly recommend if you're looking for a large room that is close enough to the Chitose Airport! We missed our flight since all trains were closed for half day due to snowstorm and decided to move closer towards the airport from Sapporo Station - highly recommend to do so if you're going in the snowy seasons as the next day we were able to take bus to the airport but our friends in Sapporo said the JR station was paaaaacked! Anyway, self-check in kiosk was easy for us in English as long as you fill out the form in advance on your phone (including uploading passport photos). We had to help the people head of us via google translate since the kiosk didn't offer Korean as a language and they did not pre-fill out the form. I recommend to take a photo of the site map in the check-in room to help you navigate to your room by yourself! Also, take a photo of the code that shows up at the end of the check-in process - it will be your passkey to enter your room! The room was amazing and the heaters work well in the snowy season. It was great to have a washer/dryer unit in our room but we had to walk to a conbini to buy detergent so we recommend bringing it in advance! Very clean and spacious area. We noticed the site was across from a separately owned onsen but didn't utilize it. It's located in a remote area so we walked 17 mins to dinner and saw several conbinis along the way. Great location for what we needed (closer to airport).

●宿がどこか、わかりづらい。（車では入りにくい、受付や駐車場も大きく表示されていないのでわかりづらい） ●チェックイン前の登録（スマートチェックイン）を済ませていなかった事もあって、受付時のチェックイン時（タブレットで対話、タブレットは１台だけ設置）のスタッフとの会話や宿泊者全員の顔写真名前申告は、他のお客さんが居る前でやらなければならないのは、プライバシーが守られておらず、とても良くないと思った。 スタッフとはタブレットで会話するので、お客側が大きな声を出さないとスタッフに名前やセキュリティコードが伝わらないので不便。 もっとスタッフに伝わり易いように文字で伝える様にするとかお客側もインカム等を着けて会話出来る様にした方がよい。 ●客室は、「コ」の字型の宿泊棟（２部屋分）で１部屋が「コ」の字の真ん中で仕切られている客室（「コ」の字型の半分なので、一部屋は「L」字型の宿泊棟）。新しい事もありかなり綺麗。部屋の内装は木の板で（直張り状態）仕切られているだけなので殺風景。 ●部屋の出入口を開けると目の前にトイレ＆洗面所が設置（広い） ●簡易キッチン（トイレ横に設置、広め。物品あり→レンジ、ポット、冷蔵・冷凍庫、コップ２個。　◯物品なし→食器類、カラトリー、キッチン用品［包丁、なべ、コンロ、スポンジ、洗剤等］、換気扇）。 ●テーブル・イス類（キッチン前に設置）三角形の2人掛けテーブル１台、イス４脚［イスを全て出すと人が動けるスペースがなくなる］。 ウェルカムドリンク（ミネラルウォーターペットボトル2本） ●部屋の両端にベッド2台づつ（計４台）ベッド間の通路かなり狭い（20cm位）ベッドの上部（頭の方にハンガースペース有、１台は給湯器の機械があるのでなし、お湯を使う時［シャワー、洗面、キッチン］に毎回給湯時の火がつく音が出るのでうるさい）ベッド部屋（2台設置してある、１台の壁側）に棚が設置。 ●エアコンがキッチンの所にしかないので、部屋全体に冷・暖房の効果を効かせるのは難しい（スネ当たりまでの高さで、冬用にオイルヒーターが設置） ●ランドリー（シャワー室前）は、洗剤等を持っていったら使える。夜使うと音が響くのでうるさい。 ●シャワー室（ベッド部屋の横に設置、室内広め）は、シャンプー類があるだけ。棚等なし。 脱衣場には棚設置あり。 ●近くには、バス停、ホンダレンタカー、銭湯施設が徒歩圏内である。 部屋のカーテンを閉めていないと、（道路に面している関係上仕方ないが、隣（周辺）の宿泊者や通行人から室内が丸見え状態。 ●隣の宿泊者が出て行くとドアの開閉音や足音が響き、出入がわかる。 駐車場が宿泊棟前に１台分設置。 ●単身赴任やファミリー、仲のいい者同士で利用するのはとてもいいと思うが、そこまで仲の良くない者同士で宿泊するのはオススメしない。 ●各部屋前にインターホン（ポスト）が設置されている、インターホンには来訪者の画像（録画機能あり）が残り、誰かわかるようにはなっているが...誰か知らない人が来ているので怖い。 格安で泊まれたので色々、各人の取りようで良し悪しあると思うが、良い宿泊施設であった。

Hotels.comから予約した場合、チェックイン時に必要なコードまたはQRコードがメールで届かない場合があります。その場合、チェックインカウンターに備え付けられた電話でオペレーターにコードを教えてもらう必要があります。 また、隣り合う部屋の足音や騒音がよく響きますので、なるべく音を出さないようにして、寝るときは耳栓を使ったほうが良いと思います。 部屋は清潔でそこそこ広く、ベッドが4つあったので家族で泊まるには良いです。

チェックインの際にオペレーターの方と話すのですが、海外の方で日本語が聞き取りにくく、少し難儀しました。 部屋は綺麗で設備も整ってました。かなり縦長な為、エアコンがいき渡るまでに5時間以上はかかりましたが、暑がりの人でなければ大丈夫と思いますが。 今回は長期の旅行だってので、洗濯機があるのは助かりました！ 千歳のホテルが高騰している中、1万強で泊まることができ、総じて良いホテルだったと思います。

접근성이 조금 떨어지고 무인 숙소라는 점을 빼면 모든 것이 완벽합니다. 하지만 접근성은 버스 시간(무조건 버스정류장에서 직접 확인할 것. 구글맵과 달랐음.)만 잘 확인하면 역에서 10분 거리인데다 숙소 바로 앞에 차량 1대씩 편안히 주차 가능해서 큰 문제가 아니었어요. 그리고 무인이지만 체크인 절차가 막 어렵지는 않았기에 직원분께 주변 인프라 관련 문의를 바로 드리지 못한다는 점 말고는 단점이라 보기 애매하구요. 오히려 나무냄새 가득한 신식 숙소의 쾌적함과 넓은 시설, 5분 거리의 공중목욕탕이 있기에 장점만 한 가득입니다. 숙소 인근 목욕탕은 규모도 대단하고, 제대로된 노천탕까지 갖춰져 있으니 꼭 방문해보세요.(수건, 세면도구 챙기기)
