As we had to be away early the next morning we did not bother with a breakfast so can not comment on this. The exterior of the building is a bit dated, with individual rooms accessed from external balconies, but this did not detract from our overall experience."

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful including easily switching to English when I didn't understand or wasn't able to explain myself well in French. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was large & comfortable. The room darkening blinds worked very well blocking all outdoor light. The rooms were quiet with the exception of slamming doors due to the weight of the doors and other guests choosing not to close them quietly. The shower stall was a bit awkward and the shower head did not stay positioned for the duration of a shower. At check in, there was a sulfur-like odor in the room that either faded as the room aired out."
